• The Anniston Board of Education meets tonight for one reason: to discuss Superintendent Sammy Lee Felton's future with the system, according to the meeting's agenda. • Features Editor Laura Editor tells us just exactly how hot it is, in a series of conversations with local meteorologists. We just set a record for the number of days in a month over 100 degrees today, at 14.

• A Saks Middle School teacher and her husband have been arrested on charges of trafficking marijuana. Calhoun County Drug Task Force agents say they found significant quantities of marijuana on the couple's property in Ohatchee.
